London - Online lingerie and swimwear retailer Figleaves has launched a new 'Live' Fitting services for customers which offers them the chance to speak it its advisers via Skype.

The new virtual service offers customers the choice of an instant fitting session or booking an appointment in advance for an at home fitting session via video chat. Advisers will then offering fitting advice on current sizing, style recommendations, brand selection, maternity bras, nursing bras as well as post-breast cancer surgery.

In addition, the live fit service also includes a personal styling service in which the adviser is able to send individual products to the customers address for fitting and plan in a follow up live fit session to discuss the fit of the items ordered.

"Combining unrivaled product selection with the convenience and expertise of Live Fit guarantees the best possible customer experience and one superior to the high street," said Miriam Lahage, CEO of Figleaves on the new service.

Figleaves 'Live' Fit service is its latest initiative in helping its customers fit their perfect fit and follows on from its 'shape for every shape' campaign launched last month. Customers interested in booking a live fit session can do so online via chat or by calling customer service.
